However epithelial-derived virions still infect epithelial cells better than myeloid cells, and myeloid-derived virions still infect epithelial and myeloid cells better than B cells. Glycoprotein conformation changes guide host colonization, with epithelial-derived virions infecting myeloid cells but not B cells, myeloid-derived virions infecting B cells, and B cell-derived virions infecting epithelial cells. It then spreads with remarkable precision from splenic marginal zone (MZ) macrophages to MZ B cells, follicular DC, then follicular B cells. After epithelial entry, it reaches B cells in organized lymphoid tissue via dendritic cells (DC). MuHV-4, like Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and the Kaposi's Sarcoma-associated Herpesvirus (KSHV), persists in B cells. If so, no problem. The γ-herpesviruses persist in lymphocytes and cause lymphoid and epithelial cancers. However, when rolling up the blind it seems the motor stops when detecting the resistance of the bottom rail. set the blind to the desired length using the buttons on the unit - double press one of the buttons - that's it. hope that this will not affect overall performance and noise level hope that this will not wear down the motor or battery use all 4 mounting brackets to mount the new wider blind. (hold the units together with a flat mounting plate on the back) glue new fabric on the new tube (be precise) cut the tubes and one unit (or both) to the desired length put the original tubes inside the new tube (to take advantage of the inner ridges for the motor) buy a new aluminium tube that has an INNER diameter of 3.2 cm screw off the right endpiece of one unit - screw of the left endpiece of the other buy two blinds (one unit can not be made wider than it is - duh) To make a WIDER version of the blind (than can be purchased from IKEA): Overall very happy with FYRTUR, but I do see some room for improvement (plastic parts and brackets)įrom the video description in my "cut to size" video:Īdding a wider tube will require more work, since the unit/casing will be too short. The work well with Google assistant and also in the Ikea app, can be set with timer etc. They are already paired with remote out of the box, but I needed them connected to the gateway and Google home, it was fidly, I had to reset everything (remote, range extender and curtain) and run through the guide 3 times before it worked. The mounting brackets are not great, and leaves a 5mm gap between the window frame and the alu box. Remote is nice, range extender is a bit strange. Quality of the fabric is very nice, top box is extruded alu and is nice, the electronics compartment with battery and the up down buttons is cheap and plastic, room for improvement there, the buttons are hard to use and has no feel to them (hard to tell if pressed or not). I understand why Ikea opted to not tell that story

I cut them to fit my windows following the guide posted here, went relatively easy - but does require using a hacksaw and drill. They are listed at 120x195 but is actuallyġ24 cm including the rail/electronics box which Ikea does list on the website). Installed 2 FYRTUR today, bought in Ikea Denmark (Tåstrup, they had 7 120 cm left) (actual width including casing: + 4.3 cm) Tube: 3.2 cm (outer diameter) 2.9 cm (inner diameter)Īll IKEA FYRTUR + KADRILJ blinds are 195 cm long. When wall-mounted the unit will protrude 8 cm from the wall. When ceiling-mounted the lowest point is 10.2 cm from the ceiling and the front is 8 cm from the back wall (minimum). Unit/casing: 6.1 cm deep and 9.3 cm tall. It is noticeable that it is not the same material and colour.
The battery compartment - which is not aluminium like the rest of the casing - looks and feels a bit cheap. The blind rolls smoothly and is quieter than I expected. No official Alexa or HomeKit support yet (23 August 2019)įabric feels and looks good.
